This is just a "get out of jail free card" sort of post.
I've been in such a sour mood lately I figured it was safer to stay hidden under my rock until the nice gal came out to play again.
Why the sour mood? I have had TOO MANY PEOPLE in my space, and I am a HUGE space girl. I don't like people in it, invading it, or making themselves too comfy. Not that I don't like having friends over, or entertaining, or opening my home to those I love most. BUT, what I don't like is my home being filled each and every day for nearly THREE WEEKS and feeling like I have to hide while they are here.
I have declared to my husband that if the basement wasn't attached to the rest of the house I'd burn it down right about now.
So I've been hiding. Thinking and hoping it would get better.
And it was suppose to, but the carpet guy is taking two days, and warranty guys are coming, and a plumber, and and and. Get the picture? The freedom and peace I saw in this upcoming week are clouded by appointments I must be here for and more grown men I must baby sit.
Being clever I thought I'd follow the great advice of,
If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
But it just ain't working.
So a new strategy has formed in this wee head of mine.
Talk about great stuff I've been blind to lately.
And boy do I have lots of that.

Sorry to hear you are being crowded! I hate that feeling. It is hard to function when you dont have to appropriate amount of space in which to function, lol. Best wishes for PEOPLE TO GET THE HECK OUT OF YOUR AREA! Sooner rather than later at that.
